Prices and stock per city
We read Kaspi XML every hour, city by city, and the catalog every 6 hours.
Protection from broken feeds
If a new version looks wrong — a third of the products gone, or prices changed en masse — we hold it back and keep serving the last good catalog.
A test purchase before launch
Before AI agents see your shop, we walk the shopper’s path to the payment page: links, cart and payment methods.
The order and the customer are yours
We never take payment or place orders. Shoppers pay on your site with your methods: Kaspi QR, card or cash.
Clear reporting
Every click is tagged (click ID and UTM). Your dashboard shows clicks, sales through Pomzelo and feed health.
Pay for results
Commission only on sales that came through Pomzelo. Terms for the first pilot shops are agreed one by one.

FAQ
Which cities does Pomzelo cover?
The prototype covers Almaty, Astana and Karaganda. Prices and stock are stored per Kaspi city, so new cities come online with the shops that serve them.
Is it free for shoppers?
Yes. Shoppers pay only the shop, at the shop’s price.
What does it cost a shop?
Commission only on sales that came through Pomzelo. We agree the pilot terms in person.
How does delivery work?
On the shop’s terms. We show what the feed says: pickup, delivery times, pre-orders.
How is my shop’s data used?
Only to answer shoppers: the catalog, prices and stock from your feeds. We keep the last few versions of each feed so we can roll back after an error.
Does it work with Kaspi?
Yes. City prices and stock come from the same Kaspi XML you already upload to Kaspi. Descriptions, photos and specs come from YML.
What happens if my feed breaks?
A suspicious version is quarantined and shoppers keep seeing the last good catalog. If a feed stops updating, we alert the shop, and after 7 days we mark its products out of stock.
Is the app in ChatGPT already?
Not yet: the ChatGPT and Claude app is in development. Today Pomzelo works over MCP with agents that support it.
